“An inclusive, sustainable and supportive festival.”
This year an exceptional campaign for Kappa FuturFestival, made with the incredible shots of Oliviero Toscani, known internationally as the mind behind the most famous publications and brands in the world and honorary member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts. The photographs were taken at the Kappa FuturFestival 2019 and are part of the “Human Race” project, an endless project on the different morphologies and human conditions, to represent all the expressions, physical, somatic, social and cultural characteristics of humanity. But it’s not over.
KFF collaborations continue with Global Inheritance, a US non-profit organization, carrying out the TRASHed program in Europe. TRASHed Art of Recycling is an initiative to create imaginative and unique pieces of art from everyday recycling bins. After the Festival, the bins will be donated to nearby schools to promote recycling among children. This year these artists will be involved: the Italian street artist Cibo, the creative studio Zidalab, the eclectic DUO WAW, the artist and tattoo artist Marco Scozzi, the young Nina Bertoletti, Essemme Studio and MicroKlima Projekt. TRASHed Recycling Store encourages people at the festival to recycle bottles and glasses in exchange for points that can be redeemed for exclusive items and experiences. A team of volunteers manages the stand and sorts the material brought to them by the participants. The Kappa FuturFestival is also carrying out an energy transition by replacing all traditional generators used on site with hybrid ones that drastically reduce fuel consumption.
Tickets purchased for the 2020 edition are still valid.
Thanks to the artistic choice, the sensitivity towards the promotion of the territory, the technological innovation and a careful look at the environment, Kappa FuturFestival has placed itself as a reference point in the geographical maps of the great musical events, becoming a model of cultural enterprise with a very positive economic impact and visibility for the city of Turin.
Great attention will be pointed to the production of every detail, to make the festival a unique experience in all of its aspects.
Kappa Futurfestival is back with a new edition, ready to be the most iconic electronic music summer festival in Italy.
