They’ll soon be announcing the line-up for IMS Dalt Vila, the finale of the summit held at a UNESCO World Heritage site on April 25. IMS Ibiza 2025 dedicates a special spotlight to 40 years of Jungle & Drum ‘n’ Bass, exploring the cultural impact and global evolution of a genre that emerged from the UK streets and became an international phenomenon.

  • “Four Decades of Jungle & Drum ‘n’ Bass: The MCs to the OGs to the New Breed” will dive into the genre’s multicultural roots and transformation over time. Moderated by Silvia Montello (Voicebox Consulting/AFEM), the discussion features DJ Krust, Julia Toppin, Keir Tyrer, Bailey, and Charlie Tee.

  • “Too Many Man, Too Many Many Man” will explore gender parity in the Jungle and Drum ‘n’ Bass scene, discussing the past, present, and future of female representation in club lineups, production, and labels.
