Although 2022 was the year of the resumption of festivals and events around the world, augmented reality remains a field still to be discovered and exploited for artists. It’s for this reason that the French start-up Stage 11 has created the “David Guetta Experience”, a musical game that will allow players to find their musical superpowers and save the future of music. Among the various artists involved in the project, in addition to the French DJ number 1 in the world, there are also Snoop Doog, Akon and Ne -Yo.

Inside the “David Guetta Experience“, users will be able to choose their avatar and play with their friends in real time in the multiplayer mode, fighting together with the aforementioned artists and earn from the various missions exclusive NFT content to be collected. “By bringing together the worlds of gaming, film and music, we are building a new future for live performance,” says Carey Chico, Head of Development at Stage11.

Thanks to special software for creating virtual content with augmented reality, in fact, the DJ David Guetta has been made a real video game character. In addition, the French artist has  created an unprecedented DJ set to accompany users in the gaming experience.

“Performing in the real world is always such an incredible experience; the music, the stage, the crowds. But to be able to take it to the next level with Stage11 and give my fans the opportunity to join me in the metaverse is literally out of this world.”
