The iconic Belgian festival Tomorrowland will revolve around this year’s theme ‘Adscendo’ for the 17th edition that will take place on July 21-2-23 + July 28-29-30 2023 amidst the unique and beautiful scenery of De Schorre in Boom, Belgium (30km from Bruxelles and 16km from Antwerp).
Tomorrowland is set to welcome more than 750 of the world’s finest electronic music artists across 16 mesmerizing stages during two weekends of magic.
Tomorrowland is located in a beautiful natural place: recreation area De Schorre in the town of Boom in Belgium. It is a true fairy tale world situated in beautiful natural surroundings with a strong eye for detail such as enchanting décor, magical stages, fascinating acts and peripheral animations, tasty and healthy food & drinks from around the world and spectacular fireworks – an unforgettable and incomparable show. Every year, the festival features a special theme that inspires the famed Mainstage design and stage production.
De Schorre will turn into a magical destination high on the horizon, where the People of Tomorrow will witness the rise of a magnificent tale in the history of Tomorrowland’s Great Library. This year’s ‘Adscendo’ Mainstage is 100% crafted from in-house decor made by the Tomorrowland Atelier. The creative team behind Tomorrowland invents, draws, and brings the magical stages of the iconic festival to life in 3D, while the Tomorrowland Atelier creates, builds, and installs the stages at the festival grounds in Boom.At the center of Arcadiana’s society are the five Guilds, each with their own distinct traits and headquarters: Birdsingers, Windriders, Ateliers, Weavers, Labourers.
These five ancient fellowships serve as the lifeblood of the city and represent the essential trades and calling of every citizen. At huge city-wide celebrations, citizens reaching adulthood choose or are chosen by a guild and thus their journey begins.
Families often specialize in one guild, although adventurous people sometimes follow their heart and embrace a different path.Discover the full story: adscendo.tomorrowland.com

16 different stages to discover
This summer, Tomorrowland will be the home of 16 different stages, including a couple of brand-new gems for the People of Tomorrow to discover: the magnificent Rose Garden, an impressive female dragon coming out of the water and watching over the audience, has been completely remade. The new Elixir stage draws inspiration from the 2016 festival theme ‘The Elixir of Life’ and will become an iconic landmark on the festival grounds.

Terra Solis, Tomorrowland’s unique desert destination in Dubai, will be traveling to Belgium this summer to host a stage with performances by Airrica, Amémé, Bedouin, Calao, Danny Howard, Dorian Craft, Eelke Kleijn, Francesca Lombardo, Glowal, Kasango, Nico Morano, Oden & Fatzo, Undercatt and many more.

Another newcomer: the Rise stage, nestled in green nature full of beautiful plants and summery vibes, will give a platform to young talents in collaboration with the Tomorrowland Academy.

Some acts & talents to look forward in this edition:
the 20-year-old female Belgian DJ and One World Radio resident Amber Broos has quickly become one of the hottest sensations in the electronic music scene, now set to make her debut on Tomorrowland’s legendary Mainstage on Saturday July 22 with her own unique style between techno, house, club, and Belgian retro influenced music. The 24-year-old Belgian rising drum and bass artist Andromedik will also be playing on the Mainstage for the very first time on July 21 and July 30, marking the first drum and bass performance on Tomorrowland’s Mainstage since Netsky’s last time in 2018. Born in Antwerp, Andromedik has already left quite an imprint on the scene. He has distinguished himself from a lot of his peers with an almost ‘festival’ sound design, while having had classical jazz training for over 10 years. Since his debut in 2016, Andromedik has been supported by the biggest names in the scene such as Netsky, Sub Focus, Delta Heavy, Jauz and more.

This year, Tomorrowland teamed up with BMW to look for musicians themselves. With more than 100 registrations from all over the world coming in, seven musicians have been selected and invited to join the Symphony of Unity live on stage during Tomorrowland at the Atmosphere stage on July 22 and July 29.

Tomorrowland remains the whole world coming together in one magical place with everyone being equal and uniting as one – symbolizing the values of freedom, respect, diversity and solidarity.

The Symphony of Unity returns
In 2015, Tomorrowland welcomed the Belgian National Orchestra to play the Symphony of Unity live on stage. The DJ booth was handed over to 80 live musicians for the very first time, performing the Symphony of Unity, composed specially for Tomorrowland – bringing a magical performance in which classical and electronic music was united and transformed into an unprecedented show. Four years later, the Symphony of Unity returned to Tomorrowland in 2019 in collaboration with the Metropole Orchestra Academy, playing a 60-minute spectacle on both Sundays, as well as two magical ‘Our Story‘ shows in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. The orchestra’s performance was mesmerizing for the audience, with a unique live mix between the all-time and most iconic electronic Tomorrowland anthems and magical classical music such as the Tomorrowland Hymn.

Another newcomer to the Mainstage: British singer, songwriter & producer John Newman – who has collaborated with the likes of David Guetta, Calvin Harris and Rudimental – will be jumping behind the decks for a unique DJ/live hybrid performance with a mix of live vocals, live mixing and beat triggering (The Library on July 23 and the Mainstage on July 29). Four more rising talents to keep an eye on: the 25-year-old Belgian female hardstyle powerhouse MANDY (Q-dance at the Freedom stage on July 23 and Da Tweekaz presents Tweekamania at the Youphoria stage on July 30), the Brussels-based classically trained DJ & producer Henri PFR (the Mainstage on July 21 and The Library on July 28), Belgian electronic duo and CORE Records signed artist Mosley Jr (CORE stage on July 29) and Black Coffee’s son and young trailblazing musician Sona (Atmosphere stage on July 23).

The mythical and beautifully crafted CORE stage, one of Tomorrowland’s most unique stages where music and nature come together, will once again be a true crowd favorite with performances from the scene’s leading acts in house & techno, tucked away in the enchanting forests of Tomorrowland.
