3. CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

Duration and Methods:

  • YOUBEAT Services: Specific duration for each campaign/service
  • MAVIL Services: Standard 1-year management contracts, promo services per campaign
  • Advance payments unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Accepted methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe
  • “Best effort” results: Maximum commitment, results not guaranteed
  • Transparent reports provided for all promotional services

Event Services:

  • Accreditations: When specified, subject to organizer availability
  • Press Trip: Travel/accommodation expenses for 2 reporters charged to client
  • Clips and content: Provided according to agreed technical specifications
  • Timeline: Content publication within 48h of event (unless otherwise agreed)

Playlist and Social:

  • Playlist placement: Results not guaranteed, “best effort” service with partner network
  • Follower count: Updated monthly, subject to variations
  • Social content: Client approval before publication
  • Spotlight duration: Calculated from activation date

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

Material Provision:

  • Original content or appropriate usage licenses
  • Professional quality: Audio, images, texts according to required standards
  • Specific formats:
  • Audio: WAV/FLAC for premieres, MP3 320kbps for social
  • Video: MP4 1080p for YouTube, square/vertical format for social
  • Images: High-resolution JPG/PNG, format suitable for service
  • Deadlines: Respect agreed timelines
  • Complete information: Artist bio, social links, track credits

Behavior:

  • Respect regulations copyright and intellectual property
  • Professional communications with YOUBEAT/MAVIL team and partners
  • Truthfulness of information provided for services and contracts
  • Timely payments according to agreed terms
  • Active collaboration for campaign results optimization

Prohibited Content:

  • Defamatory, offensive or illegal material
  • Content violating third-party rights
  • Spam or unauthorized communications
  • Pornographic or violent material
  • Content violating social platform policies

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

YOUBEAT Content:

  • Copyright: © MAVIL DI VILLA MATTEO
  • Articles, reviews, interviews: Exclusive YOUBEAT property
  • Playlists, curation: Rights reserved
  • Brand and logo: Registered trademarks
  • Social content: Usage rights for portfolio and marketing

Artist Materials:

  • Original property: Remains with artist/label
  • Usage license: Granted to YOUBEAT/MAVIL for promotional purposes
  • License duration: Limited to contractual period + 6 months for archive
  • Permitted uses: Only for agreed services and company portfolio
  • Credits: Always maintained and visible in all content

6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

YOUBEAT/MAVIL is NOT responsible for:

Third-Party Decisions:

  • Editorial choices of playlist curators and partner network
  • Social media and streaming platform algorithms
  • Digital platform policies and changes
  • Event accreditation availability from organizers
  • Event cancellations/postponements due to external causes

External Performance:

  • Organic results not directly influenceable
  • Engagement rates and user interactions
  • Social/streaming platform algorithm changes
  • External economic and social factors
  • Market competition and saturation

Event Services:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Technical problems venue/organizer
  • COVID-19 restrictions or local regulations
  • Audio/video quality provided by third parties
  • Limited access for filming

Liability Cap:

YOUBEAT/MAVIL’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

7. SERVICE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

A. Events and Press Trip:

  • Accreditations: Requested but not guaranteed, dependent on organizer
  • Content: Clips/photos/videos subject to venue conditions and received material quality
  • Publication timeline: 24-48h for social, 7 days for articles
  • Press trip: Participation confirmation within 15 days of event

B. Web Banner:

  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, animated GIF (max 2MB)
  • Dimensions: Provided at time of order
  • Content: Subject to editorial approval
  • Positioning: According to availability and rotation

C. Playlist Pitching:

  • Partner network: Subject to variations and updates
  • Follower count: Indicative, updated quarterly
  • Genres: Afro House, Tech House, Latin House, Techno, Progressive House, Melodic House & Techno
  • Results: Report provided within 30 days of campaign

D. Social Media:

  • Content approval: Draft sent for approval before publication
  • Publication times: Optimized for engagement according to analytics
  • Hashtags: Included according to strategy and platform limits
  • Interactions: Monitored but not guaranteed

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Amicable Procedure:

9. POLICY CHANGES
