Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world’s largest festival and business gathering for electronic music, has just revealed the second wave – bringing the total up to 1,200+ artists to perform at ADE 2025. This includes, Amaliah, Ben UFO, Bullet Tooth, CARISTA, Carl Craig, Chris Stussy, DJ Pierre, Enrico Sangiuliano, FJAAK, Héctor Oaks, Indira Paganotto, Jeff Mills, Mahmut Orhan, Moodymann, Polygonia, Sally C, Seth Troxler, THC, Tjade, TOKiMONSTA, TWIENA, YoungWoman and many others.
ADE will open the week with Six Opening Specials that highlight the crossover between electronic music and other art forms. Highlights include a bold new rendition of ‘Canto Ostinato’ by Helena Basilova and Nick Verstand at Zuiderkerk, Dome Concerts with Julius Horsthuis and Suzanne Ciani at ARTIS Planetarium, and an Opening Performance at Door Open Space with ‘The Grid: Embodied.
Together, all six Opening Specials set the stage for five days and nights where electronic music flows into new artistic territories.
Meanwhile, the ADE Pro conference also presents world-class artists for talks and masterclasses, with Skepta, Eris Drew & Modeselektor, Luke Slater & Chris Liebing, Nicole Moudaber and ANOTR, plus the founders of No Art, Tomorrowland Brasil and much more.
This roundup marks just the first half of ADE’s lineup, set to ultimately include more than 3,000 artists playing 1.000+ events across Amsterdam from October 22—26, 2025.
With over 450 ADE Festival events confirmed so far and the program nearing halfway completion, ADE 2025 is set to provide a star-studded program filled with one-off highlights – such as a full on No Art Festival, over 16 Intercell events throughout the city, Jeff Mills returning with his Tomorrow Comes the Harvest concept, ZERØBPM’s 40 hour ambient meditation marathon at Thomaskerk, and ZeeZout’s ADE Special at Concertgebouw where club night meets concert hall.
Former Amsterdam prison complex De Bajes and Levenslang return in 2025, as well as Amsterdam’s legendary pirate radio ship Veronica Schip. Plus, ADE Lab’s new Lab Village at Westerpark will be home to large scale art and light installations – all free to access.
